Granitex is a fluid applied patented blend of aliphatic polyurethanes and polyureas. This engineered combination is applied through our Granitex machine allowing the materials to be heated creating a baked on seamless finish.

This fluid applied system is meeting the demand for seamless, attractive, durable, affordable and long-lasting coatings suited for a wide range of applications. Our product blends give Granitex high flex, high impact, high strength, and stain resistance plus UV stability for long lifecycle beauty.

Our Vortex and Granitex products are blended from the same chemical family allowing the products to bond with one another. The advantage is the ability to combine our systems allowing us to offer multiple options to meet every technical and seamless flooring need from class 1 fire ratings, anti-fatigue, UV stability, waterproof, skid resistance, extreme impact resistance, to hundreds of aesthetic options.

The Granitex baked-on floor glazes should not be confused with the typical 2-part epoxy paints common in retail paint stores as these products are known to chip and flake with the lightest use. The patent pending Granitex glazes are heated within the Granitex flooring machine so that when applied to a floor, the glazes provide a penetrating, long lasting, durable surface tough enough for industrial/warehouse sites with decorative options and colors aesthetically pleasing enough for any and all commercial sites.

PORTABILITY – We come to your job site, from your residence garage floor to commercial retail space, from health care facilities to a complete offshore oil platform, we have the capability to meet your coating and lining needs.

FDA / USDA SPECIFICATIONS – Granitex™ meets and exceeds the standards for incidental food contact. A superior product where a strict hygienic environment and infection control is required.

SAFE FOR ENVIRONMENT – Granitex™ is 100% solids with NO VOC (volatile organic compounds) and NO CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) emissions. Granitex™ is solvent free.

QUICK TURN AROUND – Granitex™ dries in 4-5 hours and cures within 16 hours, allowing you to return to business or pleasure sooner.

UV STABILITY – Granitex™ is UV stable, suitable for interior and exterior.

CHEMICAL RESISTANT – Granitex™ is resistant to all but the most caustic of acids. Oils, grease, industrial fluids, etc. have no effect.

ADHERENCE – Granitex™ will adhere to Steel, Concrete, Wood, Fiberglass, Tile, Plastic, etc.

LOW MAINTAINENCE – Granitex™ is a solid, impermeable surface, giving years of durability. It is simple to clean, for ease in infection control. No waxing or buffing is required. Simply dust mop or damp mop.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR – Granitex™ can be applied to any surface indoors or out, and can be applied in low exterior temperatures (50° F)

COLOR VARIETY – Granitex™ has 16 standard colors with hundreds of custom mix colors available. Our Granitex 100% chip faux granite surface is available in hundreds of color combinations
